ALPHARETTA, Ga. (October 24, 2019) – DefenseStorm, a leading cloud-based cybersecurity and cybercompliance management provider to regional and community banks and credit unions, has promoted Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Steve Soukup to President.

Since January, DefenseStorm added 12 new clients, closed on Series A funding and held its inaugural meeting for clients. Its growth plans include further developing the cybersecurity and cybercompliance capabilities of the DefenseStorm GRID platform and TRAC service offerings while investing in the teams that sell, implement and support these services.
In addition to Steve’s promotion, Vice President of Customer and Partner Management Paige Barry is now leading DefenseStorm’s Customer Solutions Group, consisting of delivery, support and operations functions.
“Although new to the DefenseStorm family this year, Paige has shown the ability to lead delivery and operations, a newly created role that encompasses Professional Services, Cyber Threat Center, TRAC, Implementations and Support,” Brewer said. “We’re fortunate to have her lead this expanding team.”
Chief Operating Officer Jim Brockett will work on special projects until retiring at the end of the year.
